Estimates, Pricing, and Payments

  • Estimates: Cost estimates provided via our website calculator, email, or initial consultations are estimates only and are subject to change based on on-site inspections, material price fluctuations, structural discoveries, and formal project scoping.
     

  • Payments: Payment schedules will be explicitly detailed in your signed project contract. Failure to meet payment milestones may result in work suspension and/or late fees.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, project photos, blueprints, and software—is the property of Elevated Homes or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
